  1. Sit on your stabilty ball with your feet shoulder width apart.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  3. Hold your dumbbells down at your side with your palms facing up. Keep your elbows slightly bent.

  4. Bring your dumbbells up, keeping your elbows to your side .

  5. Repeat.
