  1. Find the starting position on your knees with your stability ball placed in front of you.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  3. Bend forward with your chest and elbows on the ball, careful to keep your neck aligned with your spine.

  4. Hold your dumbbells in the down position with your palms facing up.

  5. Bring your dumbbells up, keeping them parallel to the floor. Repeat.
