  1. Lay on your side with your weight on your elbow.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  3. Place your free hand on your hips and lift your hips off of the floor until your chest, hips and feet are aligned.

  4. Hold for 20-30 seconds and return to original position.

  5. Repeat.
