  1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  3. Bend forward, careful to keep your neck aligned with your spine.

  4. Hold your dumbbells with your palms facing down.

  5. Gently Rotate your thumbs to the upward position as you slide your elbows back against your ribs until your shoulder blades squeeze together. Your chest should stick out when in the right position. Repeat.
