    1. Lay on your belly and come up on your hands and toes. Your hands should be shoulder width apart. Keep your elbows slightly bent and keep your back straight.

    2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

    3. Come down until your arms are at a 90 degree angle.

    4. Repeat.
