  1. Lay on your back and place your hands to your sides. Space your feet shoulder width apart and feet straight ahead.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  3. Pick your glutes off of the floor until your body is in a straight line .

  4. Hold in this position for 5-10 seconds.

  5. Repeat.
