  1. Lay on your back with your feet shoulder width apart.

  2. Place your hands behind your head, carefully resting them and not pulling up on your neck. Find a spot on the ceiling to look at.

  3. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  4. Using your abdominal muscles, squeeze and come up until they are activated. This is a subtle motion and you will not see a lot of upper body movement.

  5. Gently return to the starting position and repeat.
