  1. Stand holding your dumbbells to your side, feet shoulder width apart and place one foot on your bench.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  3. Power up through the heel, tapping the moving foot on the bench and step back down.

  4. Complete a full set before switching sides.
