  1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and rotate your toes so that they are pointing out.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  3. Hold one dumbbell cupped in your hands.

  4. Start bending your knees until your upper leg is almost parallel to the floor. Make sure your knees stay behind your toes.

  5. Power up through your heels and repeat.
