  1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes.

  3. Hold your dumbbells at your side.

  4. Bend at the knees making sure your knees stay behind your toes until your upper leg is almost parallel to the floor.

  5. Power up through your heels and return to starting position. Repeat.
