  1. Place your knee with same side hand on bench.

  2. Pull your belly button in towards your spine and activate your glutes

  3. With your dumbbell in the opposite hand (palm facing in), bend your elbow and bring weight to your shoulder. This is your starting position.  

  4. Extend your arm with dumbbell and bring it behind you until fully extended..

  5. Repeat.
