One of the hardest tasks I have had as a trainer is finding a good cardio workout for women who don't have cardio equipment available to them. Cardio is essential for cardiovascular health, but also aids so much with weight loss. You cannot leave it out.


As a trainer, I like to find activities for my clients that they will actually do. Don't be afraid to mix it up and try different activities throughout the week and even during your workout. I find breaking it up is less intimidating than knowing you have to, for example, jump rope for 30 minutes.
